42F 83%H 37DP, The Silver Comet 10k and was number 9133 Much colder at the start (34) than at the mid point, but at least there was no wind. It warmed up fast. Average HR was 189 with a max of 205. Interesting, given that my max heart rate is only 163. Sigh.... I started running out of steam at around 4 miles. This is 2 minutes slower per mile than the last time I ran it. But, as slowly as it is happening, I am still getting a bit faster each week, so eventually I'll be back there again. Introduced my workmate Tim to the Silver Comet, and met his buddy Logan and Logan's girlfriend Haili who both also ran.
