65F 29%H 32DP, At Rock Springs park. Was supposed to do 2wu+5(1k@5kw400r)+2cd. Did the first interval, but there was no way I could do the second one. No idea why. Then I managed to screw up the workout. I think I didn't hear or feel the end of the second interval so I got totally messed up on the start and end points of the laps. I just tried to go faster for 0.62 miles and then would go slower for a quarter mile and continued on that way until I got to 8.26 miles.
