56F 48%H 37DP, at the Silver Comet. The Cooper Lake Road bridge work was supposed to be done, and according to others at the Silver Comet trail head it looked like it was finished, but they never removed these massive barricades to allow people to get to that point on the trail. So, I drove to the Silver Comet Cycles location at the Silver Comet and Floyd Road intersection and parked there.
I did 3 miles toward the trail head and then hit the barricade and returned the 3 miles to the bike shop. Then I continued in my normal direction for 5 out and back for a total of 16, even though I was supposed to do 18. So, my plan was 3wu+10@MP(10:00mpm)+3cd. Forget that. I tried 6 at MP and then pulled the plug on the MP portion. Averaged 10:10.8 on the "MP" portion.
Moved up to 23rd in YTD RA mileage.
