73F 89%H 70DP, The Bulldog Dash 5k in Suwanee, Ga. Did rather poorly. Didn't warm up as well as I should have. Was 12.5 pounds heavier than I should have been. Got less than 6 hours sleep. :-( The first half of the race has more downhill, but yet seems harder than the second half. Got hung up in traffic and couldn't get a clear running lane at the start. I'm sure it cost me at least 20 seconds or so. Met Katie there with Brody.
Official time 26:52. Age graded 63.64% .I was number 11. Katie took second in her age group.
