At the Alpharetta Big Creek Greenway doing 8 easy, with Temp 84 & Dew Point 70, so TDP 154 = 1.0495 * 10:30 = 11:01. Actual for 2 through 7 was 10:33.3, so equivalent to 10:03 (namely 10:33 / 1.0495). So, I was able to function in heat and it has become clear that my prior problems were all nutrition related.
