Treadmill at work. Schedule called for 6w6x10s, but strides are a pain on the treadmill. It is OK going from the slower speed to the faster one, but it is a problem going back because one is running so hard. When Mondays go to 8 miles starting next week I think I'll have to move outside in the morning. :-(
