Treadmill at Workout Anytime, just doing 6 easy. Did a warmup mile, then 2 miles at 10:32 (5.7 mph) then for mile 4 backed off 2 mph to 5.5, and mile 5 down to 5.3 and for mile 2 down to 5.1 My heart rate was just too high for the slow speed I was going when I was at easy pace (10:32) so I backed off. I have an early morning MP run tomorrow.
