81F 62%H 66DP, At River Green, just a slow run in the noontime sun. Was going to do 8 miles but couldn't control my heart rate. When it got stuck above 163 I pulled the plug on the endeavor. I had wanted to do 8 to try to calibrate my heart rate monitor. Guess I'll try another time.
