Treadmill at work. Wanted to give the legs a breather since this is the first time I've run 5 days in a row since mid October. So, upped the distance to 5 miles but cut the pace way down. Still having trouble with my footpod. Think I'll order another one and also try a new battery. Heart rate played nicely.
