Notes

97%H Just run as a fun run.

This is a very hilly 15k run around Lake Spivey, south of the Perimeter in Jonesboro, GA. It is easily the most beautiful venue for a road race I've ever seen. It is run on nice wide roads through the scenic subdivisions of the wealthy few. I just ran this as a fun run since I was scheduled to do 20 miles on the Silver Comet the next day as my last long run before the Philadelphia taper. Had I tried to race this one, I think I would have left body parts on the hills. There were nice chicken sandwiches afterwards. I came in 93 of 151 overall, 3 of 4 in age group (60 - 64) and 68 of 83 among man. Again, I miss out on whatever trinket was offered for third place.
