59F 85%H 54DP, At the Peachtree Ridge HS track with Michelle E, and Katie. There was a group down on the track already running. They meet at 0500, but are annoying because they run both ways around the track. I do see one problem in starting at 0530 as we did today. Traffic was unbelievable when leaving the HS. It was hard to get out of the parking place.
I tried an AT test, but didn't have much zip in my legs after having run River Green (5k) yesterday faster than I had done for the past two years. I was going to do quarter mile intervals of (0.25@9:00, 0.25r) but only did one. Hip is bothering me for some reason.
