62F 67%H 51 DP At River Green. Was supposed to do 6 at MP and was trying 10:33 for MP, but came in at 10:27. Heart rate was 128 for that 6 miles. In my best marathon in Lake Wobegon my average heart rate was 127 with a 10:00 pace for 26.2 miles. No way could I have held today's pace for a marathon even with the benefit of 47 feet overall elevation loss. This is hard to believe. Even a month ago I was under 10:00 for 10 miles. Weight may have much to do with it.
