57F 65%H 45DP AT the Silver Comet, my first attempt at anything greater than 14 miles in 5.75 months. It felt like it too. After 13 miles I was reduced to run/walking. Went up there with Katie. It isn't fair that she finishes 20 miles and still looks fresh. it was 40F at the start, a little chilly for my taste. Think I'll forget about 20 next week and just do 18. Also I won't run the preceding day.
