57F 75%H 49DP, at River Green just an easy run with 6 strides. Don't like these shoes. That notch in the back snags my sock and causes the sock to rub against my heel ending up with a bloody sock. Left foot this time. Second time this happened. Unfortunately I can't remember whether it was the same side last time.
