51F 31%H 22DP, at the Alpharetta Big Creek Greenway. Wanted to do 1wu+9@180 cadence (177 PodRunner), thinking I would be doing a 10:15 pace. But I came out with a 10:21.8 average pace over those 9 miles which was an average of 134.89. Eliminating the first mile gave me a heart rate of 135.5 and a pace of 10:22.1. So, the heart rate is way too high for this pace. I'll have to see what happens Sunday when I try this for 15 of my 16 miles.
