69F 29%H 35DP, at Rock Springs Park. Since Gwinnett schools were off I went by Peachtree Ridge HS but they were doing something on the track. So, went by the Collins Hill HS and the same thing, so went up to the Rock Springs Park. Protocol today was 2wu+8MP+2cd. No problems, but I'm surprised my HR was as high as it was. Thought it would be 125 - 127 or so.
I've got something wrong with the cadence on the music. I started off at 90 and ended up with 87. That is pretty dramatic. Gonna have to fix this somehow.
