66F 97%H 65DP, at the Alpharetta Big Creek Greenway. Just an easy 8 and was supposed to do 8 strides but didn't. Surprised I wasn't faster, but the distance seems accurate. Maybe that long run yesterday took something out of my legs. Used the usual metronome of 170, but still seemed slow.
