62F 70%H 52DP, At the Alpharetta Big Creek Greenway. Last longish run before the Berlin Marathon. Shocked to discover that since the last time I ran here they have dug a tunnel under Kimball Bridge road so one no longer has a stop light with which to contend. That also got rid of two evil short hills. BUT, it also shortened my huggy 10 mile course, so now I'm gonna have to figure how to increase it by another quarter mile or so. It IS nice to get rid of that stoplight and those hills though. :-) I used a metronome cadence of 170 today. I'm surprised that at that same cadence I've gone from 10:33 to 10:53. Anyway, this is the one I'll use for Berlin. Just noticed that my heart rate went bonkers today. This is the worst it has been in a couple of months.
