71F 73%H 62DP, The Magnolia Run at the Perimeter Mall which is a four mile run. The long hills on the back side (mile 2) always take my legs away, still I was a lot slower than I should have been. I shouldn't have run on Thursday. I think I need to give myself two days off before a race. I was number 172.
