48F 57%H 33DP, At River Green. Even though it was slow, it was still a lot better than last week. Last week after a 10 miler on Saturday, I could only do 5k on Monday and at a pace of 12:19. This week after a 13.1 on Saturday, I was able to do 10k on Monday at a pace of 11:27. I know it is going to take a while to get speed and endurance back, but when small improvements occur it is still encouraging.
