This was supposed to be a 4mi run with strides, but I've somehow hurt my left leg over the last few days. I think maybe a pulled quad muscle or something. It kind of hurts just to walk, so I made this into a "recovery" run: 2 minutes running (at 12:30 pace) + 3 minutes walking. It worked out well, and I got the miles in. Hopefully I feel better before Wednesday's tempo run.
