I walked for one minute at the beginning. Used the heart rate monitor but still spent the first two miles at the top of zone one (versus in zone two). I think my leg muscles need to catch up to my cardiovascular fitness, maybe? The pace felt relatively easy from a breathing standpoint, but my legs were a bit sore.
