Eight-mile tempo run from the Sardis lot to Harris Blvd and back. Estimated splits are 6:37, 6:42, 6:45, 6:38, 6:18, 6:31, 6:33, 6:29. Again, estimates. Ran pretty well in the middle sections, which is where I have been fading in recent workouts, so I'm happy about that.
