Notes

I trained starting at Week 3 of the CoolRunning.com Competitive Training Schedule on February 25. I followed the program exactly and it prepared me well. I got less than 5 hours of sleep the night before due to a midnight plane arrival. The race was well organized but got a late start due to too many late entries.
