I ran a smarter race than at Miles for Moffitt 2 weeks ago even though my time was 1 second slower. Splits were pretty even. Very flat course but it was hot and humid. Mid-afternoon 2 hour nap helped after not getting a lot of sleep the last couple of nights. Arrived in Florida this morning.
Race winner got big lead early and I was starting to close. He finished in 17:22. He kept looking back and probably would have picked it up if I had gotten closer.
