Reading through Lore of Running, I was introduced to Jack Danie's VODT Table. If my calculations are correct, it seems like I am running way too fast on my easy run days. Because I am running so fast on my easy runs, my body does not have the proper time to heal, I am essentially overtraining myself.

I can totally see that. Its extremely hard for me to keep a slow pace when I have so much pent up energy. In the future for my easy days, will do my best keep it at my proper pace.

I ran with the Garmin Heart Rate Monitor,

For the first 1/2 mile, it was going good. When I hit a dip in the track, the HRM started to slide down my stomach, Throughout the rest of my run, it felt like it was on the verge of falling off. Need to experiment more on proper wear of the HRM.
