Nice peppy run to start my day. Drank a cup of coffee about 30min. before. Stomach was aching a little at the beginning but then it started to settle after the first 2 miles.
Last night I binged: Big Mac, milkshake, cheeseburger and fries. Felt like crap after eating it. I think today's run mainly purged any traces from my body. I'm cutting myself off from fast food for at least a month.
