Today I ran 14 seconds faster than I intended to. Next time I will try and maintain my goal pace.
Decided to re-evaluate my effort listings.
Ex: Today was at 3/4 ..so on RA = 7/10 (but in this case 8/10 for my eff)
An Easy at 1/4 translates to 3 or 4 / 10 RA effort.
