I woke up a little late so I had to due my run a later in the day than usual. Although my thermometer wasn't registering too much, the humidity today nearly made me quit. Ten minutes into my run and I wanted to stop! This was my first time intentionally doing a fartlek workout. I just kind picked-up and slowed down as I felt.
