Slow on most of my reps. I suppose I am not prepared to go fast.

10x400m @ Mile pace- 65.8, 60.7, 61.4, 64.6, 59.5, 63.2, 62.9, 63.6, 63.1, 62.3
Goal pace was 62.5 so I really shit the bed with this so called "bread and butter" workout. If the bread is 65 and 59 with a buttery 63 then yeah it was exactly that.
Kind of pissed off about how shitty I ran.
