These reps felt strange and uncomfortable still which sucks but I need to know that running 4:20 is 3000 pace and eventually during outdoor 5k pace. Old PRs don't matter because fast is changing. It is different in college and I am comfortable being fast. 4:20 for 3000 meters is the standard I need to hit.
