Back like I never left? Not really. 6:30 was almost painful for me and I feel dreadfully out of shape. No amount of cross training and core can hurt you like a real run can. I am glad that I can run again though because I still managed to enjoy the process and slowly re insert myself into normal routines. Running will also help me not eat like a power-lifter anymore, because that was becoming a problem. Glad I can run again without a ton of pain.
