Wire to wire, all time conference best mark, championship, facility, school records. The worst part is, it did not feel that hard and I was the only Wartburg runner who scored. I ran the right race but I didn't give a full 100% because I didn't need to to win. I feel good about my fitness at this point in the season. Splits because they are cool: 44.98, 63.34, 62.34, 55.89
I love being able to out kick guys who are running 1:49s in the 800 lol
