This tempo could have been so much better, HOWEVER I am still satisfied with my performance from today. I negative split well and chased Carson on the bike most of the run. 5:35, 5:35, 5:30, 5:18, 5:16 I feel that I could have gone faster and farther in this run but I set a silly mental block at 5 miles. whatever 4 ever
