Ran in Zone 2 for aerobic effort. Right knee gave me some trouble, lower inside. Little fearful, though it played itself out.

Uphill and downhill very fast. Felt really strong. Fueled up on some dates and bananas about 1.5 hours prior. Time will tell how the fruit thing goes. I may add some potatoes and rice or something, maybe some meat, dunno right now. Feeling really good though I bonked on my long run last weekend, day before yesterday. Tomorrow is an interval workout to work Muscular Endurance.

Felt real strong today. Feeling like I have potential for some speed.
