Very crisp, dry, cool, breezy, sunny. Gorgeous run.

Body-Warmed up to 130 first mile, then to 135 and tried to keep their, then 135-140. Pace was slow for couple of miles, but good on others. Felt great. No achilles pain. Whole right leg messed up. Started with anterior, outer shin pain. Then, back of right knee, then right hammie. Eventually went away. Left hip hurt on last mile. Only shin hurts now. Thank you ice. do more. Easiest 6 miles I've run I think. I'll take it. Lungs fine. Was coughing up green phlegm this morning.

*Key point I believe*-I ran on an empty stomach. I hadnn't eaten for previous 5 hours. Stomach grumbling. No water either. Worked this way on the long 22.5 run too. Very cool. Steady energy, clear head.
