Went on a hike/jog in new Fireblades. May be a bit too large, especially right foot. Same old problem as always, tight across bridge, wide in forefoot. A thicker sock may do it.
Beginning of shin splints possibley. Back of left leg really bothering me. Take tomorrow off or a real low key trail run of 3.
