Again, trying to keep hr<150. Warmed up good, steady rise to 145 in first mile. Downhill helped. Legs felt good. Right inner thigh tight when I extend stride out. Warm. Pace slower. Kept rising too quickly. Had to walk a good bit to keep it down. Overall, decent run. Full stomach of PB&J from 2 hours prior. Yuck. Love runnin on the empty.
