Notes

What a difference 10-12 degrees and lower humidity makes. Much easier keeping hr down. Ran first 1.25 miles barefoot. Felt fantastic. Feet hurt now, feels like blisters under 2nd meta. Ran 1-10:43, 2-11:00, 3-9:49 !, 4-11:14, 5-11:33. The last two were higher due to going uphill, and the 3rd due to going down. Very fun run. Ran up the hills at first mile and in fourth and fifth. On two hills I let hr go up to 160, then walked back down.
