I told myself the night before and the morning of and many times during this run to "just go for it"....my plan was to run 10 miles at sub 8:00 pace. I didn't think I'd be able to run at a 7:43 pace....this would be the perfect start to the River Bank Run...I could make my 2 hour goal if I could run the rest of it at the 7:30-7:35 pace.
My goal is to do this run each week and maybe try to add a mile each time or increase the speed just by a few seconds per mile.
