first time using treadmill since Saturday when it was making a noise. The motor belt is ordered and the technician told me it wouldnt hurt the treadmill if I was running and it broke the rest of the way. I decided to try it and take it slow. So far so good :) I just don't want to run outside in the cold as I had a bit of a lump in my throat and don't want a cold as we leave next Wednesday for Uganda
