(6) .75 mile intervals with a .20 mile walk before each one...(last week I walked .25 miles in between and only did (5) .75 mile intervals and (1) .25 mile interval). I didn't go quite as fast as my fastest last week (which was 4:51) but not as slow as my slowest last week (which was 5:04). My goal was to stay under 7:00 pace (which I did)
