(7) .1 mile strides. one each during miles 2-8.
plan was to run 15.5 miles and really was pushing to get as close to 2:04 as possible. I was on pace to hit a 2:05 or 2:06 at end of mile 8 but stomach and breathing just weren't good. Ended up with bad stomach cramp at mile 9 and walked for maybe .1 or .15 miles. Not sure if it made a difference or not but only had a few sips of Gatorade (from my bike bottle) and didn't have the salty popcorn last night that I usually have before my Saturday long runs.
Also, something is going wrong with the treadmill and it started at 7ish miles so I was worried about it...I think its the drive belt.
