was hoping to be able to run sub 8:00 for miles 2-10 and to average less than 8:00 for total pace. I was able to run much faster than I expected and was super thrilled being that I just did intervals and a few weights on Monday and ran my biggest milage week last week in a long time. I was even able to run my last mile as my fastest. I definitely think I left it all out there though as I certainly didn't have any more speed...although at times, I did feel very comfortable (at least as comfortable as I can be at 7:40ish pace on tired legs :) )
