plan was to run the first 5 miles at 8:50-9:00 pace and then speed up for the last 5 miles and try to run close to 8:00 pace. I did some weights yesterday and speed work on Monday so wasn't sure if I'd be able to get down to the 8:00 pace for 5 miles but my first mile was suprisngly fast and then the 2nd mile started out even faster and I didnt feel like I was pushing too hard so just kept at it and decided to run miles 2-6 at the faster pace. Then on the last mile I pushed again trying to get down to an 8:20 pace. Super happy with this run especially after weights yesterday and 20 miles on Saturday and intervals on Monday. Getting stronger?
