Notes
1st 3 miles were a very easy pace.
the 2nd 3 miles I just ran an easy pace for it all, except for 2/10 of each mile I picked the pace up quite a bit....not to an all out sprint though...and my times were great and I wasn't too tired...i think when i slowed back down, my time was still faster, but it didnt seem so fast since I actually slowed down.
I need to try this strategy on a long run.
