legs were tired and seemed heavy. The plan was to run 4 miles at 7:00-7:15 pace. As soon as I started I wondered if I would be able to even run at 7:30 pace. Ended up averaging 7:18 pace. I had to work hard (and breathe hard) to get to that...was super happy with that based on the way I felt.
I think me not doing any strength workout this week is hurting!!! I need to get back to it!!!
