first day of my marathon training program from P & D.
Plan was to run 9 miles with 4 miles at half marathon race pace. I was hoping to be able to do these 4 faster miles at 7:45 pace...actual pace for these 4 miles was 7:45 :)
footpod said 10.47 miles
treadmill said 8.55
changed to 9.0 (.95 = 1.0)
