plan was to run sub 8:00 but i was just waaay too tired (legs) to be able to. I'm thinking "cumulative fatigue" from 2 straight days of strength training and from crawling on the ground with all the edging yesterday.

next tempo run, DONT do strength training the day before.

Felt more like a mental training run today as it felt more like the end of a marathon
