Notes

plan was to run easy except for last 1.5 miles...

I started at 6.0 for 1st 1/2 mile and jumped to 6.3 at .5 miles up untill 5.5 miles. then jumped to 7.5 for .5 miles and then up to 8.0 and pushed a little harder at the end of the last mile
